    Hello,
My father has a Mercedes B180 with CNG factory installed. The car was bought in Germany and exported to Serbia.
In last few days he cannot fuel up with gas anymore. The pump starts to put the gas in, but within seconds it just stops.

The mechanics here don’t really have experience with cars with CNG and some even refuse to take a look as the system is factory installed.

We aren’t sure if the fault is mechanical or electronic. Is there anything you would guess or recommend to do, or someone we could contact?

    Every response is greatly appreciated.
    Regards
    Miroslav

    Hello Miroslav,

CNG cars have ventilation valve, which sometimes needs to be checked / replaced, it’s quite expensive though. Mercedes dealership should be able to fix the problem.
